Begin by making yourself comfortable. Sit in a chair and allow your back to be straight, but not stiff, with your feet on the ground.

To me, cultural diversity means seeing everyone as they are and letting them be who they want to be. Different ways to look at people and how people look at you. Your place in society. Places in society. Equality.
In my opinion it is essential to be aware of the diversity, have the knowledge of differences and differences in privilege, ways people treat people because of reasons based on race, gender, sexuality etc. to be the best psychologist I can be.
